Telkom is Targeting Digital Companies in Asia Pacific

PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (Telkom) states is still focused on the acquisition of digital company Asia Pacific.
According to Telkom's President Director Alex J. Sinaga, the acquisition, the company does not want much of the focus has been set, namely Asia Pacific.

Alex explains, the company targets companies that do digital business, both companies that really focus on the digital segment as well as the telecommunications company that focus on digital business.

Because, it is not separated from the target to realize Telkom Indonesia Digital Society.
"We're going to the digital direction, either through digital or telecommunications company. His important digital because we want to form Indonesia Digital Society, "said Alex at the Ministry of Enterprise, Jum'at (09/09/2016).
However, Alex does not mention exactly which companies are targeted for acquisition.
But, said Alex, it still continues around to explore the company's perceived potential.
Alex stated, the acquisition process is not necessarily the only approved by the company. Telkom, he said, also need to make sure the regulations of the country concerned may approve the acquisition.
Regulatory issues recognized Alex is one of the crucial things. Often, the process of acquisition occurred cancel because regulations of the country concerned does not agree to the corporate action.
